VoiceBlast™ is a proprietary voice marketing solution that allows
you to create, schedule and broadcast a message to tens, hundreds or
thousands of people you’ve selected to hear it! Your target audience
hears your message, recorded with your own voice, or if you prefer,
you can request the use of a professional voice talent. If a
recipient from your call list is not available to answer their
phone, the message is automatically played for their answering
machine/service so they can hear it when they return.
Easy to Implement!
VoiceBlast™ is a web-based application, so there’s no software to purchase or install.
All you need to get started is internet access, a list of the phone numbers of your target audience,
and a relevant message that you want them all to hear. Your VoiceBlast™ account will allow you to archive
and maintain total control over all your voice marketing campaigns.
Step 1 - Upload Your List
It all starts with the question - Who do you want to contact? Simply start with a list or lists of your current customers, members, donors, or prospects.
Upload, type or paste in a list of your target audiences’ telephone numbers.
Phone lists can be uploaded into the VoiceBlast™ system as Excel
(file extension .xls), Access (file extension .mdb) as
comma-separated value files (file extension .csv), or as compressed
zipped files (file extension .zip). VoiceBlast™ will automatically clean your data, eliminating duplicates and invalid phone numbers.
Step 2 - Record Your Message
Next, decide what you want to tell them - perhaps inform them of a
weekend sales event, a special discount, or new membership news.
Your offers and announcements become the messages you record for
your VoiceBlast™ campaign. You can record a message on your own
computer (if properly equipped) and upload it to VoiceBlast™ as a .vox
or .wav file. Or, you can self-record your message over a standard telephone line
with your own private and dedicated recording system included for
free
within your VoiceBlast™ plan. Review and record as often as you’d like until you are satisfied with the message.
Once you’ve accepted the recording, it’s automatically placed within your VoiceBlast™ account for easy access and
future use. VoiceBlast™ also offers professional services for
writing and/or recording your messages for you using experienced
marketing personnel and professional voice talent.
Step 3 - Schedule Your Campaign
Finally, after you have prepared your list and recorded your
message, launching your campaign is as easy as 1-2-3.
VoiceBlast™'s campaign interface puts you in control of when you’d like to send your message.
To schedule your campaign, simply select a list or lists that you've
added to the VoiceBlast™ system, chose either one or two messages
you'd like to send to those lists (one for if your target recipient
of the call answers and one if you reach their answering machine),
and select the day and time you want
VoiceBlast™ to begin calling your target audience and deliver your message.
VoiceBlast™ will estimate the cost of your campaign and once you
approve the estimate, the campaign will go out as planned.
