All you need is an internet connection – there’s no software to be downloaded or any additional hardware to be purchased or installed on your computer.

Once you’re registration is complete, you simply upload or type in your phone list, record a message using the VoiceBlast™ system or upload your own, and then schedule your campaign for the same day or any day in the future!
We provide sample scripts within VoiceBlast™'s help documentation. We also provide professional services that can write script copy and record your messages for you.

VoiceBlast™ includes a campaign summary report you can run any time after the campaign has completed. Detail reports will run the night of the campaign and will be available the next day. These reports will show the results of every call made to the list of numbers associated with your campaign.
Yes. Your account plan may be changed at any time. If you upgrade your plan, there will be no charge for the change. If you are adjusting your plan from a Members plan to a Pay as You Go plan, account service fees will apply. Please see the terms and conditions associated with your VoiceBlast™ account for specific details.
In compliance with federal and state regulations, residential calls will be automatically scheduled between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time, and between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. for business-to-business calls. If you do not specify a time, VoiceBlast™ will schedule the calls for any time within that range. You can also choose a more specific time frame when you want the calls to be made. For residential, you may choose either All Day (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.), Morning (9 a.m. - noon), Afternoon (noon - 5 p.m.). For business-to-business calls, there are two additional time blocks - Evening (5 p.m. - 9 p.m.) or Night (7 p.m. - 9 p.m.).
Most people respond best to prerecorded messages sent via VoiceBlast™ that were recorded in a friendly, neighborly voice. Messages that ten to work best are designed to sound natural - just as if you were having a one-to-one conversation with them.
VoiceBlast™ allows you to call numbers in the United States and Canada.
People appreciate hearing about relevant news and information from those organizations that they conduct business with. Based on federal law, you may call a consumer if they have given you their express consent to do so, or with whom you have an established business relationship for up to 18 months after the consumer's last purchase, delivery, or payment with you - even if the consumer's number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. In addition, a company may call a consumer for up to three months after the consumer makes an inquiry or submits an application to your company. VoiceBlast™ always encourages you to seek your own counsel regarding how federal and state telemarketing law may apply to your particular industry and organization.
